This was my third trip to Antarctica and I found a deeper connection with the continent and our planet. Initially I was overwhelmed with the magnificence of Antarctica. Now I felt a relationship with the ice and a fascination with the colors, shapes and patterns. I saw the ice as living, breathing, expanding and melting. It came alive for me. I found peace in this huge universe of ice. A trip to Antarctica is a humbling experience of awareness and awe!.
