Eastern Cuba and Havana 2014
I was yearning to see more of Cuba beyond Havana and this trip did just that. After many years, Americans were able to travel to Cuba under a new "people to people" program authorized by the U.S. Treasury Department, which provided an opportunity to interact with Cubans through educational exchanges concerning art, music, culture and more. This road trip was from Santiago de Cuba to Baracoa to Holguin to Camaguey to Remedios to Santa Clara and ending in Havana.
